Today was my first time going here. I will never go back. The first person approach was not friendl, he didn't put the blue protector in before instructing me to put my foot in the water, he left and the water almost overflowed before the second person step in and started the process over. The water was too hot twice. My pedicure and painted nails didn't look neat. Don't go here not all people get best treatment.

I got my nails done here for the first time a few weeks ago. I do not recommend. My nails look as if they were photoshopped on my actual nail due to them being so crookedly placed. Will NOT be coming back to this location.

Got in right away but left unhappy. I was told the shape I wanted wasn't going to work, even though there are a million people online with that shape.. all of my nails were uneven. Got home and my nails started bubbling called to inform them and they said you left with them so can't help you but when I left the nails weren't bubbled so I fixed them myself and found that both my thumbs and pinkie were still wet(I paid extra for gel polish to avoid that problem) won't be going back. Didn't get what I wanted at all.

I can honestly say that I have never been to a salon where I had to remove my own polish. I thought I should get up and leave right then and there, but was somewhat intrigued how this was going to turn out. I thought at first that this lady didn't speak English, which was why she kept pointing to different things, but then I heard her speak to someone else while I was washing my hands. She wanted paid before I had my nails polished, which may be why she did such a crappy job with the polish. I personally thought the $3 tip I gave her was generous, based on the experience up to that point. At the end, she said, ok and motioned for me to get up. No thank you, kiss my butt or anything. Definitely won't ever go back. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

Went in to inquire about getting shellac nails done. At other salons, it usually takes an hour give or take for my nails to be completed. Here, it only took 10 minutes. All they did was file my nails horribly, made me choose from 50 colors for what i wanted even when i showed them what I wanted, painted, and lastly did the top coat. They used regular nail polish on my nails and used gel polish for the top coat. Terrible service for what i paid for. I had to refile my nails from the poor job. Would not recommend.
