Hi, Speedy made a program that blocks Fivem (adhesive) before it gets your Data and can check if you are hwid banned. (If i said anything wrong stop hating)
So basically, you can find it on his github.

What you need (PAID):
New Rockstar Account for Fivem

Tutorial:
1. Download the release from the Github.
2. Open it
3. Clean Traces
4. Enable Network Bypass
5. Open FiveM and log in with a new rockstar account
6. Join to a Server

Note: If you have a connection error while joining a Server disable the bypass without exiting Fivem.

It still works, some people say its patched but its not. This is the easiest method that is public for Fivem right now, so use it before it gets patched.

You can just manually find the addresses where adhesive sends their hwid token and add rule to block outbounding and inbounding calls to that address. Allows you to enable the bypass while joining server without the server kicking you out

Yes, fivem is sending a destroy call containg your HWID and identifiers to adhesive before leaving the server. So if you quit, enable the network bypass so they wont be able to read ur hwid and your rockstar wont be rebanned.

So I just follow the steps one time and then I dont have to do this again? Like I can just open fivem at any time and join a server without getting banned?

Just tried it and it didnt work. Still banned on brand new account.
