PurposeAs the Digital Off- Premise Manager you will work cross functionally in the strategizing, planning, developing, and executing growth strategies for Edible through the management and optimization of existing and new Off- Premise / Third-Party (3P) channels (i.e. UberEats , DoorDash , Goldbelly , etc.).
Your ability to create processes and best practices from the ground-up, your exceptional relationship management skills and competitive drive will be an asset to this growing area of the organization.
Location Requirements: Onsite at our Sandy Springs, GA home office 4 days a week, working from home Fridays.
What That Looks Like Day To Day
- Develop and own the end-to-end off-premise strategy for 800+ franchise locations
- Lead existing and new 3P (third-party) * delivery partner relationships, including agreement negotiations and optimization strategies. Examples include Uber Eats, DoorDash and ezCater .
- Lead third-party marketplace partner relationships, including agreement negotiations and optimization strategies. Examples include Goody, Loop&Tie and GoldBelly .
- Liaison with Operations leads to ensure highest quality of reliability metrics for all off-premise third-party partners.
- Collaborate with Innovation and Marketing teams to lead the optimization of 3P menus, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and profile merchandising.
- Own KPIs for third-party relationships, presenting to senior leadership and spearheading recommendations and execution of optimizations to improve performance. Providing weekly and monthly performance reporting, showcasing successful optimizations results and continued strategies for growth in off-premise third party sales
- Partner with eCommerce and Marketing leads to incorporate off-premise promotional opportunities into over-arching brand calendar.
- Present eCommerce and Financial leadership with new revenue channel opportunities, product offerings and integrations.
- Work collaboratively with partners in Operations to ensure new channel offerings that will be fulfilled by franchisees stores have been clearly communicated to the franchise system, setting all parties up for success.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience growing eCommerce brands via third-party digital channels including, but not limited to Amazon, UberEats , DoorDash , Walmart, etc.
- Demonstrated experienced spearheading initiatives, presenting to senior leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Expertise in setting, monitoring, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to third-party relationships, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Can demonstrate the understanding of financial principles to present new revenue opportunities and ensure profitability of third-party channels.

- Outstanding relationship-building skills and client-centered approach to partnership development
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for optimizing third-party relationships, with a focus on long-term growth and profitability.
- Proficiency in negotiating agreements with third-party delivery and marketplace partners, ensuring beneficial terms and conditions for all stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities to monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and preferences, ensuring third-party offerings align with brand values and customer expectations and using c reative thinking to drive the optimization of third-party menus, pricing strategies, promotional strategies, and profile merchandising.
- Exceptional sales acumen with a desire to be the champion for our partners internally, while ensuring Edible’s growth initiatives are met
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and partner requirements, ensuring ongoing relevance and competitiveness of third-party offerings.
